About NAMAH Programme 2.0
Healthcare professionals face significant mental health challenges, with burnout affecting 25-50% of physicians globally. NAMAH 2.0 successfully addressed this critical need through innovative tele-ECHO methodology and case-based learning, completing its mission in June 2025 with remarkable impact.
🎯 NIMHANS ECHO Methodology
Our proven Hub and Spoke knowledge-sharing network successfully connected NIMHANS experts with healthcare providers nationwide. Through 12 weeks of live virtual sessions, case-based learning, and peer mentoring, participants developed expertise in mental health and resilience.
Course Objectives
Mental Wellness Awareness
Discuss factors that impact mental wellness among healthcare professionals
Build Resilience
Recognize and implement strategies that help build personal and professional resilience
Coping Skills
Identify key skills to cope with challenges and enhance joy and meaning in practice
Self-Awareness
Incorporate self-awareness and self-monitoring in daily practice
Mental Health Support
Identify and provide initial support for depression, anxiety, and substance use concerns
Peer Support Skills
Demonstrate skills in providing peer support and appropriate referral pathways
Course Structure
12 Weekly Sessions
Live tele-ECHO sessions every Wednesday, 2:30-4:00 PM (90 minutes each)
